Beautiful apartment in the heart of the Eternal city, 8 minutes from the Colosseum and at the same time very close to Termini station! Both underground lines are within walking distance and you can move anywhere, even reaching the Vatican in 15 minutes.
The house consists of 2 double bedrooms (one of them has an en suite bathroom) and a large living room, with a comfortable double sofa bed, for a total of 6 beds and 2 bathrooms.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- UPON YOUR ARRIVAL YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THE CITY TAX (MANDATORY BY LAW IN ROME) OF 6€ PER DAY FOR EACH PERSON OVER 10 YEARS OLD.
- - It is extremely important for us to know your arrival time, including your flight or train number, to avoid unpleasant waiting in front of the door.
- - Upon your arrival it is mandatory to show an identity document (required by the Italian State by law)
