- The neighboring property is a vacation rental (owned by the same owner) as well. The buildings share a small common wall. While they share a common wall, rest assured, the properties are separate with separate yards
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras on the front of the house, facing the carport/driveway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
- For stays greater than 30 nights, the owner requires brief monthly access to the home for maintenance; this will be coordinated with you as needed
