Our villa, surrounded by a natural environment of incomparable beauty, with unlimited sea and mountain views and direct access to the coast, is a summer - and not only - holiday dream. The ground floor includes a living-dining room, wc, kitchen and two bedrooms, (each with its own bathroom) and the first floor the roof – an office space with a bathroom and a bedroom with its own bathroom and access to the veranda, under the pine trees with view of the sea and the bay of Agios Nikolaos. All bedrooms have king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. They are fully equipped with high quality mattresses, have air conditioning, open wardrobes and smart TVs. The living room consists of a single, modern space with a dining table, corner sofa and smart TV. The kitchen has all the electrical appliances, small appliances, and of course all the cooking utensils and accessories required. The roof - above the living room - approximately 20 m2, with a two-seater sofa (which becomes a bed), an office and its own bathroom, is intended as a place for work, reading and contemplation. It can also host up to 2 people. The outdoor space is dominated by the patio with the hydromassage and the outdoor dining area (just off the kitchen) and the continuous swimming pool with the relaxing sunbeds and the garden lounge. Plaka Beach is 600 metres from DIOM Villas - Coastal Escape, while Mavratzi Beach is less than 1 km away. The nearest airport is Zakynthos International Airport, 17 km from the accommodation.
