- In the event of an ice or snowstorm, parking inside the fence may be inaccessible due to snow. There is a 2-car garage available outside of the property fence for guest use
- There are 3 bathrooms in the main house. One of them is only accessible from the front deck
- Your safety matters. The property features 3 exterior security cameras with 1 located on the front deck facing the road, 1 located on the bunkhouse facing the patio and yard, and 1 located on the barbecue structure facing the garage. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras are motion activated and will record video when motion is detected
