This historical 18th century lakeshore mansion is located in a stunning position three miles from the charming old city Como – straight in front of the iconic Grand Hotel Villa d’Este – and accommodates up to 14 people in 7 luxuriously appointed bedrooms each with a marble bathrooms and dressing rooms. The service of a very high level will be provided by the professional staff.
The overall property consists in two twin aristocratic side-by-side interconnected lakeside villas – Villa Maria Taglioni and Villa Maria Serena – dating back to the 18th century. Both have been completely renovated and personally refurnished by the owners and offer the very best of modern living combined with wonderful fine furniture of the family.
They are securely located, down a quarter mile gated road guarded by a quaint old gate-house, in the midst of seven acres of luxuriant gardens and woods which also protect the Villa Maria...

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
