We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Akita is a light and modern space on one of Barcelona’s most famous streets, Enric Granados. The apartment disposes of 80 square meters with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. At the entrance of the apartment, there is a fully furnished kitchen, with custom gray cabinet finishings. There is a dining alcove past the kitchen with a round dining table and small window looking into the living room. The living room features vibrant plants to contrast the light tones, further illuminating the space. The terrace outside is fitted with a cozy lounge chair and small dining area, with total privacy due to the bamboo fence. Back to the other side of the entrance, there are two sleek bathrooms side-by-side: the first a half-bath with a laundry machine and the second with a full shower. The bedroom directly next to the bathroom features a custom-built closet area next to the queen-sized bed. The main bedroom has an impressive hand-made headboard and repurposed copper tubes which serve as hangers. There is a small private balcony looking on to the streets of Barcelona. For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the Living Room and in one Bedroom. All bed and bath linens are provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
