Recently renovated, with exposed wooden beams and valuable furnishings, the accommodation features a spacious and bright living room, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all appliances, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
To give you all the convenience you need during a holiday, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi access, air conditioning, Smart TV, iron and hairdryer.
The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the Fondamente Nove vaporetto stop, from which you can easily reach every destination, including the islands of Murano, Burano, the Lido and Marco Polo Airport. St. Mark’s Square is reached in 12 minutes on foot and the Rialto Bridge in 7 minutes.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests’ name as a guarantee for damages.
