We make every effort to have your property available at 4 PM on arrival day, but circumstances occur where check-in time maybe later. We cannot guarantee a 4 PM check-in time. No Pets No Smoking in unit. There is a $500.00 deep cleaning fee for any unit that is smoked in. No groups under age of 25 No House Parties No Motorcycles Allowed No Trailers No Golf Carts When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals. All guests must sign an Property Manager rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Property Manager. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Property Manager will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local. All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
