We do not rent to locals. • A copy of your driver’s license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking. • No pets and no smoking in the unit. A $500 fee will be charged for smoking violations. • No house parties or groups under the age of 25. • Motorcycles allowed. No trailers or golf carts permitted. • Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year.
