The shared seasonal pool, hot tub, sun deck, and grilling area are also available. There’s parking for up to 4 cars, and the elevator provides easy access to the unit. We do not rent to locals. • A copy of your driver’s license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking. • Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay. • We will need a copy of your ID and you to sign our rental agreement. • No house parties • No motorcycles allowed • No trailers or oversized trucks • No golf carts allowed As a guest, you’ll find public beach access, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing. All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
