Praia de Porto das Dunas is a beach in Aquiraz, close to Fortaleza. Extensive, with many coconut trees and several residences in the region, on this beach is located the famous Beach Park, the Ceará water park that attracts people of all ages and regions of Brazil.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • 1. We remind you that your reservation is for a vacation apartment.
  • 2. Documentation required to register with Property Manager:

  • - Unaccompanied Minor - RG or Birth Certificate or Passport + Parental Authorization (request model form)

  • 3. Check-in time after 2 pm and Check-out before 10 am. Outside these hours, consult conditions with our team.
  • 4. We do not have room service and we do not serve any type of meal or breakfast. However, we can help with the indication of third parties.
  • 5. We do not do daily cleaning. If you want this service, we can provide it. Values under consultation.
  • 6. Bed and bath linen available for guests (amount according to the reservation). We do not change bed/bath linen. If you want this service, we can provide it. Values under consultation.
  • 7. Property has ONE parking space.
  • 8. PARTIES are not allowed in the property.
  • 9. Respect the quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am. Subject to a fine - R$ 1,500.00 established by the regulatory body.
  • 10. VISITORS ENTRY is not allowed.
  • 11. Pets are allowed.
  • 12. No smoking inside the property. Subject to a cleaning fine - BRL 1,000.00.
  • 13. The maximum capacity of the property is 05 guests (including children)
  • - Children from 0 to 11 years old
  • - Adults from 12 years old
  • - It is not possible to include surplus guests.
  • 15. Property and condominium do not have a barbecue.
  • 16. Gas is provided by the property.
  • 17. Water, toilet paper, detergent and sponge are only provided at check-in.
  • 18. Condo does not have an elevator.
  • 19. It does not have a washing machine.
  • 20. It has WIFI.
  • 21. It is not allowed to put clothes lying on the railings of balconies and windows, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00
  • 22. It is not allowed to adorn (beautify) the balconies and windows, nor to move furniture from the place, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00
  • PEOPLE CAPACITY
  • Maximum capacity is 05 people, with no additional guests.
  • Suite 1: double bed + air conditioning

  • PARTY IS PROHIBITED
  • As well as the maximum capacity of people, under no circumstances will parties, gatherings, birthdays or any other type of event be allowed, and the administrator may carry out an inspection without prior notice, request the departure of the property and consider breach of contract without refunding the amount. paid out;

  • The property will be inspected by our operational team both at check-in and check-out, creating a photo inventory that will be attached to the reservation. For logistical reasons, the inspection will not always be in person and the inventory can be requested from our team at any time after entry. We recommend that the guest analyze the inspection/inventory so that there are no disagreements.
  • CHECK OUT PENALTIES AND GUIDELINES

  • We kindly ask you not to take any item from the apartment with you, including equipment, decorative objects and trousseau.
  • NOTE: A fine or withholding of the security deposit will be applied if the property is delivered in conditions not favourable.
