The minimalist furniture, with clean and pleasant lines, combined with quality materials, will make your stay more comfortable. The property consists of a double room, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet, and a living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, and access to the terrace. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishes, and cutlery. The charming terrace offers the chance to relax while breathing in the pure Dolomites air and listening to the gentle rustling of the adjacent mountain stream. The apartment is located on the first floor, so it is necessary to walk up a slight incline and a set of external stairs to access it. Free Wi-Fi, linens, and towels are provided. Additionally, the famous Val Gardena alpaca breeding farm is just a few hundred meters away, captivating both young and old. The nearest bus stop, located in the center of S. Cristina, allows you to explore the entire Val Gardena with the complimentary tickets you receive during check-in. In winter, you can reach the Dolomiti Superski lifts in S. Cristina within a few minutes by car from Greva 2. Please note that pets are NOT allowed. The house provides everything you need for a perfect vacation in the Dolomites. Each apartment comes with an outdoor parking space. An elevator is available (serving only apartments A and C), as well as a ski storage room with boot dryers, a communal washing machine, and complimentary bed linen and towels. Check-in: 15:00 - 19:00 at Property Manager office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them. Check-Out: In person from 8:00-9:00 at Property Manager office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with code access) Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance. Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C) Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by Property Manager and at a variable extra cost. In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows). It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay. The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€. If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the Property Manager office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection. The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
