- This 2-story home offers step-free entry. Bedrooms and full bathrooms are available on the main level, but stairs are required for full outdoor access, and a ladder is required to access the kids' loft
- Your safety matters. This property features 7 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is pointed at the driveway entryway. Camera 2 is pointed at the steps going down to the lake. Camera 3 is pointed at the back porch. Camera 4 is pointed at the steps on the front porch. Camera 5 is pointed at the front yard. Camera 6 is pointed at the backside of the home. Camera 7 is pointed at the basement entry door. They may be actively recording, but do not look into any interior spaces
- A license is required for on-site fishing
- Due to regulated water levels & scheduled drainage dates, the shared dock is only suited for canoes and paddleboards from mid-September to the beginning of April. When launching from the house, please check the water levels to ensure the river is up, or you may get stuck on rocks around the bend. Please contact Towns County for the exact water levels at the time of your trip
- From mid-April to mid-September, water levels will be higher for boat docking
