With two luxurious upper-level king suites (one with a private balcony), plus two more main-level bedrooms and a convenient Jack-and-Jill bath, there’s plenty of space for everyone. Downstairs, enjoy movie nights in the private theater room with stadium seating and 8 reclining chairs, or hang out in the second living area with a foosball table, smart TV, and queen sleeper sofa. The lower level also includes a bunk room, a spacious bathroom, and access to a screened-in patio overlooking the lake or pool. Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August • Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights • Stays must start or end on a Friday (e.g., Fri–Mon, Mon–Fri, Fri–Fri) SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK • 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule • Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day • Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (No Saturday check-in or check-out) OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May) • 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday) • January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night • Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS No check-in or check-out on the following holidays: • Thanksgiving Day • Christmas Eve • Christmas Day (Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.) * MUST be at least 25 years old to make a reservation * Check-in: 5:00 PM (Strictly enforced May–September & holidays) * We love to be flexible when we can—free early check-in is often available during the off-season.
