The "Porto City Local" belongs to our Nomad’s Family collection, is a villa-apartment prepared to accommodate two couples or a family of up to 4 people, with great comfort, in a quiet and residential area, with excellent access to the city center .
It is fully equipped to make you feel at home, staying peacefully and with all the privacy in the city of Porto, whether you are on vacation, on business or temporarily displaced.
There is private parking on the property, a small garden of aromatic herbs and private outdoor space, close to the city center and away from the hustle and bustle. The perfect place to recharge your batteries after visiting the city, or to work from home.
For the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
