Nomad’s Fine Arts Chiado with Garage is located in the third floor of a beautiful building, provided with elevador, in Rua Ivens, benefiting from a privileged location close to the busy lifestyle that is super caractheristic of the Chiado neighbourhood, but at the same time allowing you to be peacefully away from it. This One Bedroom luxurious apartment is carefully decorated to offer you a relaxed time after discovering Lisbon, with living room, a fully equiped kitchen, bathroom and a beautiful balcony sided to the street, with a wonderful square where the National Arts Academy is located, right at your door.
For the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
