Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Fees are payable at check-in and not included in the rate.
- * Administrative fee is $56.50 with taxes one time per stay
- * Resort fee is $39.50 with taxes per night
- * Parking: The building offers valet parking only. Overnight guests pay $42.80 per night for regular vehicles, and $84.00 per night for large vehicles.* Pet Fee: $100 one time per stay

Please be aware that any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance.
