Apartment is on the second floor and it is only 10 minutes walk from the old part of the city of Split and 1,5 km to the most famous city beach Bacvice.
All necessary facilities (supermarket, restaurant, cafeteria, bakery) are nearby.
The apartment also offers balcony, living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and bathroom equipped with washing machine.
One bedroom has king size bed and second has 2 single beds that can be joined together (please inform us if you would like them separated or joined).
Each bedroom has TV and other one is also in the living room.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
