Luxurious Mountain Condo in The Heart Of Bear Valley Village! Sleeps Up To 7

Condo is located in the Silver Mountain Condos building, one of the newest
buildings in Bear Valley Village. This spacious condo offers all of the
luxuries of home, complete with heated radiant heat in the floors. The propane
fireplace offers dry stack slate with gas logs. The fully equipped kitchen
offers Bosch stainless steel appliances, spices, toaster, coffee maker and a
built-in wine rack. The master bedroom boasts a queen sized bed and opens up
to the bathroom with dual vanities, and a glass enclosed stall shower. The
secondary bedroom offers a bunk bed and a trundle bed. The hallway bathroom
offers a large vanity and a jetted tub. All bathrooms are porcelain tiled with
radiant heat. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is Blu-
ray, dvd/cd with surround sound, high speed DSL & Apple TV. This is one of the
closest condos to all amenities in Bear Valley village. Just minutes to the
Bear Valley Lodge where the bar/ restaurants, general store and sports shop is
located. It is equal distance to the snowmobile and cross country centers
where you can rent snowmobiles or rent snowshoes, sleds/tubes or cross country
skis. Catch the free shuttle to the slopes at the shuttle stop across from the
Bear Valley Lodge! **Condos are centrally located and in close proximity to

Queen Sized Bed in the master bedroom, Bunk bed with a trundle 3 twin sized
beds in the secondary bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living
room.
Our properties always have all beds made, except for the top bunk of bunk
beds, where the linens are provided for guests to make themselves. If the
guest exceeds the number of beds available, there will be an additional charge
$35 per guest and we will need to be notified in advance to ensure proper
accommodations.
