Wonderful Kalani Kai condo that’s located in the heart of Kailua-Kona. Walking
Distance to Everywhere in Town!
Tiled throughout, No carpet! You’ll appreciate a remodeled fully equipped
kitchen with granite countertops, good quality cabinets,
Dishwasher, Stove, Fridge, Washer/Dryer, Wifi, Cable TV all included! Air
Conditioning Wall Unit in Living Room Only, not in the Bedroom.
This first floor condo has views of a lush tropical garden! The Interior space
has been extended, so it’s a bit larger than other units because the lanai has
been removed. There are sliders that open, but no lanai space as a FYI.
A parking space that’s close to the front door as well!
Kalani Kai calls has a wonderful pool deck that is finished in beautiful
stonework. A community grilling area contributes to the tropical lifestyle and
it’s practically right outside your front door.
It’s just a short walk to Kailua Pier, shopping, restaurants and night life on
Alii Drive.
The owners of Unit#109 want to provide the best service possible for their
guests.
Property Manager will offer guests who book Unit#109 the following additional
services as a benefit, to you, the guest!
1\. You have a complimentary concierge service to make Restaurant/Activity
Reservations if you so desire to utilize
2\. Need us to go grocery shopping or pick up certain items from the store
before you arrive? We can ensure everything is in the property waiting for you
upon your arrival! (Additional Service Charge May Apply)
3\. Any guests who book 14 nights or longer will receive a Fruit Basket upon
their arrival as a gift from the owner.
4\. Face to Face Arrival/Departure Experience Offered Complimentary! All
guests who book Kalani Kai #109have the option of meeting Property Management
Staff upon their arrival to go over property specifics. We will turn on any
fans/lights and ensure you enter into a comfortable inviting environment!
