Southern Dunes This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation villa with private pool sleeps up to 6 people and is about 20 minutes from Disney World. The first bedroom, the master bedroom has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom is Mickey Mouse themed and has two single beds, which are perfect for younger members of the family. The kitchen has a mix of stainless-steel and white appliances. It also has views of the pool area, granite countertops, an island that doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for two, and the kitchen comes fully equipped with all the kitchen equipment and utensils you’d need to whip up something tasty to eat. Just off of the kitchen is the breakfast nook that has a rectangular table and seating for up to 4 people. In the same room/area, there’s also a patio door that lets in plenty of natural light as well as lets out anyone who wants to go to the pool area. The living room is also just off of the kitchen, and it has a large L-shaped sectional sofa and a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall. This is the best place to come back to after a long day out at the parks. Imagine just collapsing into the comfortable sofa and watching a good Disney movie after an exhausting day out in the Florida heat. The outdoor pool area is screened in to keep out the pesky Florida bugs. It also has sun a lagoon-shaped pool, sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, and a patio table and 4 chairs for those who want to sit around, relax, and enjoy their favorite ice-cold beverage. Community Details This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children’s playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award- winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
