The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third and fourth bedrooms have two single beds, which are perfect for younger children. One of the rooms with two single beds is themed in the color pink for girls, and the other bedroom with two single beds is blue ocean themed for boys. This house is great for large families with young children. The kitchen may be on the smaller side, but it comes fully equipped with all the equipment and utensils you’d need to whip up something tasty to eat. It also has modern appliances, a breakfast bar with two seats, and it overlooks the dining areas and living room – great for socializing while cooking. In addition to the breakfast bar, there is also a breakfast nook with a table 4 chairs. If you need more seating when eating, there’s a formal dining area with a wooden table and 6 chairs. This is the perfect place for everyone to sit down together and enjoy a meal. The living room is quite spacious and has two crème sofas, an entertainment center with a flat screen TV, and glass patio doors that both let in natural light and let out anyone who wants to go to the pool area. The pool area is screened in to keep out those pesky Florida bugs. It also has a good-sized pool, sun loungers, and a covered lanai with a patio table and 4 chairs underneath it. Did we mention that there is Wi-Fi in this house? Community Details This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children’s playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award- winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
