The Home
In the green heart of Italy, where Umbria borders Lazio and Lazio resembles Tuscany, there is the possibility of regaining possession of one’s own rhythms, the scents of nature and the simple and unmistakable flavors of those ancient lands.
The structure consists of three independent apartments on two levels, comfortable and bright, on the border between Umbria and Lazio, in a strategic area for visiting Orvieto and Lake Bolsena. Each kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher and oven. The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and, in two of the apartments, there is a double sofa bed in the living room.
The house is for non-smokers only and is equipped with wifi, television, washing machine, air conditioning, swimming pool and private parking. There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, towels and night linen for the entire duration...

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
