Maui Hill #66 is a rare 3-bedroom condo with views of the Pacific Ocean and
Haleakala Crater, just across the street from popular Keawakapu Beach and
steps from the on-site pool. It’s an ideally located home for families and
couples traveling together.
This condo features 3 good-sized bedrooms, each with AC, ceiling fans, and
California King-sized beds. The floorplan offers 2 primary suites, one on the
main floor and a larger one in the loft upstairs. Both feature full en suite
bathrooms. The 3rd guest room has a full bathroom just outside in the hall,
accessible to all guests.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.

- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
