At some times of the year you will see machinery or workers nearby (never invading your personal space) doing collection or maintenance.

You will be able to enjoy the multiple paths that surround this large piece of land, you will not get tired of looking into infinity and seeing nature, mountains and the green of the trees, in contrast with the blue sky of the Costa del Sol.
The pool space contains a pergola with views and that provides shade, spaces sheltered from the sun taking advantage of the shade of the trees and their surroundings, hammocks, outdoor furniture and a large pool, remember to always have the little ones in the house...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules

- Pet: 10 EUR per day. Max.: 100 EUR. Max. quantity: 2.
- Arrival out of schedule: 30 EUR per booking.
- - The swimming pool is available from 01-01 to 12-31.
