A generously sized sectional couch surrounds a smart TV, setting the stage for epic movie nights. During colder months, cozy up by the electric fireplaces in both the great room and the buffet eating area. The open layout seamlessly leads to the chef’s dream kitchen, featuring custom walnut cabinetry and top-notch modern amenities, including a fridge with an ice/water dispenser, dishwasher, dual coffee maker, pantry, electric range, and oven/microwave combo. The island and eat-in table provide casual spots for breakfast or late-night snacks. The first-floor master suite offers a king bed, soaring vaulted ceilings, and a private door to the back patio. Its attached en suite bathroom boasts a spacious walk-in shower, a relaxing soaking tub, a makeup vanity, and double sinks for everyone to prep for adventures together. Plus, the master closet is incredibly roomy to store all your belongings. Also on the first floor, a second king bedroom is conveniently located next to a bathroom for easy access. PARKING In addition to the 3-car garage, parking is a breeze with two more driveway spaces and plenty of free open street parking in front of the house and along the block without any restrictions. We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance as we do not refund for cancellations outside of the policy listed. - We may allow local reservations on a case by case basis. - Parties & Events are not permitted at this property and may result in the removal of your group from the premises without refund. - Our saltwater pool is open from late May through late September. - Our properties are located in residential areas and we rely on our guests to be “good neighbors”, which means complying with locally-enforced quiet hours of 9:00 pm to 7:00 am. Any complaints from neighbors or local contacts may result in the removal of your group from the premises without refund. - Pets are not permitted. - Minimum Rental Age: 25+ - We reserve the right to disallow or cancel bookings from local or last minute bookings if we believe them to be fraudulent or a potential risk to our properties. You’ll have access to the entire home, outdoor pool area, garage, and driveway! Having a car will help you explore your neighborhood and the city. Uber and Lyft are available options, as well! Knoxville is a thriving city with incredible character and personality. Please be thoughtful of your safety when traveling! As you would with any major city, don’t forget to take any valuables out of your car and keep your home locked. Please note that our properties are privately owned homes, and therefore sometimes appliances or household systems (HVAC, Plumbing, etc) may unexpectedly malfunction. While we will do everything in our power to address any functionality issues as quickly as possible, we cannot offer refunds- full or partial, cancellations, or alternate accommodations unless the property is deemed uninhabitable. Thank you for understanding! We live in residential neighborhoods and it’s SUPER important to us that you’re respectful of our neighbors. We ask guests to please observe outdoor quiet hours between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am. We disallow parties and have sound decibel monitors installed throughout the home and in the pool area. Please note that our saltwater pool is not heated and is to be used at the guests’ own risk. There is no lifeguard available, and the use of this home and its pool has inherent danger due to the access to water. Children, animals and others should be closely supervised while engaging in using the pool. No glass or fragile items should be brought around the pool. There are external security cameras around the home for security purposes only. For those unfamiliar with booking short term rentals, please note our process of serving our guests: -You book instantly, or request to stay and we say YES!!! :) -We’ll immediately send you some basic information, as well as a rental agreement we require each guest to sign. You do NOT need to include payment info for a security deposit, but you do need to sign in agreement to the terms. -1 hour prior to your arrival, you’ll be texted, and emailed directly or through your booking platform (hey, we wanted to be thorough!) with a code to access your rental unit. -You arrive and love everything! -You enjoy your trip, reference your virtual guest book for checkout instructions (don’t worry-- we’ll send them to you, too!) and leave the house as close to how you found it as possible (please let us know of any issues, damage, etc-- we’ll see it anyway, and it makes our lives easier to know ahead of time!).
