For outdoor enthusiasts, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a must-visit. Here you can go hiking, camping, fishing, and explore the natural beauty of the area. There are also plenty of other outdoor activities to enjoy such as kayaking, horseback riding, and zip lining. For those looking for a more relaxed experience, Sevierville is home to a variety of shopping opportunities. The Tanger Outlets offer a great selection of name-brand stores and the Sevierville Commons offer a variety of smaller, local shops. If you’re looking for some entertainment, the area is home to several theaters, including Country Tonite and Wonderworks. There are also a number of museums and galleries, and the city has a vibrant nightlife with plenty of bars, restaurants, and live music venues. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
