This magnificent cottage, with an incomparable charm, is located on a hillside directly on Lake Clermoustier. This lake is quiet, forbidden to motorboats. Stroll on the water with the amenities at your disposal to enhance your stay; a kayak, a pedal boat and a canoe. Also enjoy the spacious six-person spa.

Tastefully decorated, you will love the large kitchen with dining area and its cozy wood fireplace. Its large windows will offer you brightness and an incredible view of nature and the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) and a BBQ is available outside. The three bedrooms are cozy and refined, with their large queen beds. There are two bathrooms and a minimalist style powder room.

You will be charmed by the land with the facilities conducive to relaxation including access to a huge balcony overlooking the lake, an outdoor fireplace and private dock.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • Location Rules:
  • The traveler is responsible for the chalet and its contents. In addition, he assumes full and entire responsibility for the people to whom he allows access. They must behave in such a way as not to disturb the tranquility of neighboring residents or break equipment, accessories, furniture or any other property in the property.
  • The traveler must be at least 25 years old.
  • Under no circumstances shall the agents nor the owner be held responsible for any damage, loss or theft suffered by the traveler and his guests.
  • The traveler cannot lend or sublet the chalet to a third party. He is solely responsible for the rental contract for the duration of the stay.
  • Parties and events are prohibited.
  • It is forbidden to use a loudspeaker or a portable sound amplifier and to transport it outside the property (see rule 4.3). This could affect the tranquility of the neighborhood and in the event of default, a penalty of $500.00 CAD could apply and/or expulsion in the absence of collaboration.
