"Orange you glad you’re here?" Of course, this is a corny, and rather obvious reference to the beautiful orange stucco exterior of 13912 Playa Way, but how could anyone answer anything other than, "Yes!" Valencia Vacay has it all: gated entrance for privacy, beautiful white beach-front location, fresh and tasteful interior, plus amenities like a steam room, sauna, pool, and fitness room. This property is only minutes from multiple public accesses on the Gulf of Mexico and 8 gorgeous miles of pristine, undeveloped beaches at Rosamund Johnson National Seashore Park. Located in the heart of Perdido Key, this 2-story townhome with a back balcony has a private marina view on the East side and overlooks the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway (ICW), well known to be a Boater’s Paradise. Walk out the back door onto a big stretch of white sand beach on the quiet water of the ICW. You can fish, bike, and kayak with ease on your vacation, and this is the perfect place. Oyster Bar and Sunset Grille are a short bicycle ride or a brisk walk away. You will want to end your fun-filled days watching the sky turn highlighter colors, with amazing sunsets that Perdido Key has become famous for.
This well maintained townhome has only ever been a family’s private vacation home but is now being offered as a premium vacation rental. It offers 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full baths. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of room for everyone. 2 of the bedrooms have full over full bunk beds and every bedroom has a smart TV for streaming movies or playing games. The primary bedroom on the bottom floor has a Queen sized bed and a full bath with a custom tiled separate shower. The upstairs primary bedroom offers a comfortable King sized bed with an en-suite bath that has a spa like quality. There is a big tub for soaking, a separate shower, and the convenience of a double vanity. There is also a futon in one of the bunk bedrooms, as well as a futon on the landing for extra sleeping space or if someone wants to keep a young child close by. There are games for family game nights and even a very cool Pac Man video game set up in the family room.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and ready to prepare a fresh seafood dinner in case anyone catches dinner in the honey-hole fishing spot out back. But don’t worry. If you don’t catch anything, there is a local seafood market tucked right under the Theo Baar’s Bridge. So much fun to be had at the Valencia Vacay. This is also a great resort if you are looking for multiple locations near each other for a family reunion, wedding party, or a group retreat. Don’t delay booking this beautiful place - it will be a very popular addition to the Property Manager portfolio.
