Modern apartment in the heart of Santa Margherita Ligure, a few steps from the beach.
The apartment, located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, has been recently renovated with fresh and modern furnishings. At the entrance, a corridor leads to the living area that includes an elegant living room with a sofa, a TV and a dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen with counter and stools with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and an espresso machine. From here, a lift leads to the annex on the upper floor, furnished with a double sofa bed and a TV, which boasts access to the beautiful terrace on two levels featuring a dining table and relaxation areas, where guests can relax and have meals in the open air while admiring the view over the rooftops of Santa Margherita and the sea.
The living room leads to another terrace equipped with a dining table and deck chairs, communicating with the one on the upper level through a spiral staircase.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, all complete with an ensuite bathroom with shower, two with a queen-size bed each, one with a single bed. The layout is completed by a bathroom with shower in the annex, a toilet in the entrance hall and a laundry room in the kitchen.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Property Manager.
*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.
*There are other accommodations inside the building.
Santa Margherita Ligure is located on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in a closed basin in the northwestern part of the Portofino promontory, and in the inner part of the Tigullio Gulf. The center, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation with views of the so-called "Costa dei Delfini", which links the city to Portofino. The town is a well-known seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.
Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Regional Natural Park of Portofino.
Santa Margherita Ligure train station is a 5-minute walk away from the apartment while Genoa airport is 45 minutes by car.
