The main building has 3 large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and toilet.
2 other modern, air-conditioned bedrooms in a wing of the house will allow you to comfortably accommodate 10 people with family or friends.
Access to the sea via the private jetty but also access to the nearby village, port and beaches, on foot or by bike.
Sea view terraces, bright spaces make this place an incredible dream place on this preserved island within a national park.
Culture lovers will not miss the famous Jazz festival, the film festival and a visit to the Carmignac Foundation, dedicated to modern art.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
