Wonderful villa just a few steps away from the beach and the crystal-clear waters of Cefalù.
The villa, which spreads over two levels and an annex, welcomes guests from a large garden full of palm and olive trees. The bright living room features a set of armchairs with a coffee table and a dining table, which directly overlooks the veranda where a second dining table is placed. The independent kitchen is well equipped and includes an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a kettle. The sleeping area of the ground floor consists of two bedrooms both fitted with a queen-size bed each, TV and nightstands. A bathroom with a shower and one with a bathtub complete the ground floor. A staircase located in the living room leads to the upper level where there is a terrace with a sea view and a reading corner with sofa. The third bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed, is located in the annex with independent access and a bathroom.
The jewel of the villa is the immense outdoor space full of greenery, complete with outdoor furniture and a private pool with deck chairs.
The swimming pool is open from the 15th of May to the 30th of September.

The wonderful city of Cefalù offers one of the most beautiful beaches in Sicily. It is known for the Norman Cathedral, a XII century fortress-built like structure with elaborate Byzantine mosaic and tall twin towers, nearby the Museo Mandralisca that offers archaeological exhibitions. For an excursion with a sea view, do not miss the Rocca di Cefalù, also known as “U Castieddu” by the locals, a beautiful fortress whose top houses the ruins of the medieval castle. The coast of Cefalù comes with marvelous crystal clear waters and golden beaches for fun and relaxation, in a Mediterranean climate where to breathe clear air.
