Located in the high standard Condominium Costa Verde da Tabatinga, in Caraguatatuba, our apartment of 95m2 sleeps 6 people in 2 suites and has a balcony with panoramic sea views.
The condominium is safe and has leisure infrastructure, with facilities such as swimming pools, bars, restaurants, supermarket, sports and tennis courts, playground (throughout the summer, there is a recreation team for children all day), gym and emergency room 24h.

Upon entering the apartment, the guest will have access to a TV room with sofa and armchairs and a dining room integrated into it. In the same environment, we have a full kitchen with all the necessary utensils for the stay.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - For everyone's greater safety, the condominium requests a facial registration at the concierge in order to access the building. The My Host team will guide guests through every step.
- - Forbidden noise and sound box after 22h. Failure to comply will incur a fine. The value may vary according to the rules of the condominium.
- - Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.
- - Visitors are not allowed.
- - We do not allow pets.
- - Smoking only in the outside areas.
- - We offer bed linen, blanket and 1 bath towel per guest. We do not provide beach towels.
- - No child protection screens.
- - A security deposit of R$ 1,500.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances. If there are none, there will be no extra charges.
- - Please select the correct number of guests before making your reservation. This can influence the final value.
