The Neighborhood
You will cross a local Sasak village (term to designate inhabitant of Lombok) to access the private alley that lead to the Villa. You are quiet area, in the middle of rice paddy with a view on the Indien ocean as well as a direct access to Owa's Kitchen for food and beverage on-site or by delivery. The beach is a 4mn walk from the villa, where you will find warung and fishermen. The scenery of Areguling is a marvel, an authentic experience guaranteed (yet 10mn away from Kuta)

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Dear Guests,
- We hope you will enjoy your stay with us. Just a few things to note, parties cannot be held without management knowledge or present. And outsiders or guests that are not in our list are not allowed to stay over.
- Please no smoking in bedrooms’ area and to keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when its not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature thanks you too.
- To ensure full safety of our guest’s belongings, please keep the front door locked as a precautionary measure and only leave your belongings in locked bedroom. We want to ensure every guest stay remains problem free, and this is just one small + simple things we’re able to do to ensure that. Additional person after 8 will be charged additional cost at USD 30/night/px.
