Hope Street is home to some of Liverpool's top restaurants such as The Florist and The London Carriageworks. Walking distance to Liverpool City Centre shopping, Philharmonic Hall and Everyman Theatre all within short stroll. You can also venture to the scenic and historic spots like Ropewalks and the picturesque Georgian Quarter within easy walking distance so you can enjoy a variety of independent shops, coffee shops, and restaurants or the view of scenic buildings and original cobbled streets. Albert Dock and Liverpool Museums and Tate Modern Gallery are about a 10 minute walk. A few minutes walk away to Britain's biggest Cathedral - the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,• Check ins before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to leaving later than the check-out time of 10am.
- • No large groups under the age of 25.
- • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
- • Please note that the house cannot host parties - it is suitable for respectful groups looking to celebrate special occasions in Liverpool whilst respecting our local neighbourhood. We simply ask that you respect that there are other residents to consider and noise must be kept to a reasonable level especially in the evening and no partying or loud music to be played in or outside the property after 10pm.
