Please note that this apartment is a beautiful, stylish and central base, but comes with some background noise due to its proximity to the nightlife area! If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the apartment for you!
You will have full access of the property at all times. We are always here to help if needed but aim to provide a smooth and hassle free experience for our guests!
The closest bus stop is at Benson Street, a 4-minute walk away. From here, you can get out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The apartment is a 9-minute walk to Liverpool Lime Street and a 5-minute walk to Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool by train.
Liverpool One Bus Station is likewise a 9-minute walk away from the apartment.
Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town.
If you’re feeling adventurous, you can take one of the city’s Electric Scooters to get you around town!
**Kindly note that The Zanzibar Club, next to the house closes at 6am only on Friday and Saturday nights, so there may be some background noise until that time. Though this is only late over the weekends, and not during the week.**

The apartment is not suitable for parties or events.
We do host hen and stag groups in this apartment, though ask the apartment is left in a good state.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 21 at this property.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and in the basement.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, that during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours’ notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
