This lovely, quiet property is located in Liverpool’s iconic Georgian Quarter with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets right on the doorstep. It is less than a 10 minute walk to both of Liverpool’s cathedrals, or alternatively it is less than 10 minutes to get to Hope Street, home to some of Liverpool’s best restaurants. The apartment welcomes pets!
This cosy 3 bedroom apartment is spread across 2 floors.
The ground floor has a spacious double bedroom and an open plan kitchen / dining / living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, microwave, cafetière, oven, fridge/freezer, hob and washing machine.
You can seat up to 4 guests at the dining table and spacious living area for the whole gang to settle around. We also have a comfy leather sofa in the common area that folds out into a full double bed!

The Georgian Quarter is one of Liverpool's most iconic areas, it is home to streets of impressive Georgian townhouses, traditional pubs, beautiful restaurants and cultural venues. Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayForFree,• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential area.
- • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob.
- • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am.
- • No large groups under the age of 25.
- • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
