Perfectly situated near world-class resorts, shops, and restaurants, it even backs onto the golf course. The free shuttle stop is conveniently steps away, and in winter, you can access cross-country and skate skiing trails right out your back door. Ideal for year-round mountain adventures!
The ground-level condo offers 780 square feet with one bedroom and one bathroom to accommodate up to four guests.
After a short walk through the inviting open-air atrium to the front door, you’ll step into an entry hallway with coat hooks. A few more steps and you’ll be in the main living area with the living room and kitchen/dining area.
Living Room: Features comfy contemporary furniture, including a new queen sofa sleeper, 43” Samsung Smart TV with Roku and cable programming, cozy gas fireplace, and a desk at the window complete with golf course and mountain views. There is access to the patio where you will find a gas BBQ and enjoy more surrounding views.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, the kitchen has new appliances, a butcher block island with storage and seating for two.
Bedroom/Bathroom:
Bedroom – King bed, 43” Samsung TV with Roku and cable programming, wall safe and a bank of windows overlooking the atrium providing lots of natural light.
Full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo
Outdoor Spaces:
Front open-air atrium offers a patio table and chairs. The back patio has a bistro table and chairs, and a BBQ that overlooks the Park City Golf Course (where you can cross-country or skate ski in the winter) with mountain views.

It is just a short walk to community clubhouse where you’ll find a year-round heated pool and two hot tubs. There is a laundry facility and seasonal tennis courts just across the parking lot.
