G614 is a amazing three bedroom unit located on the first floor of Gearhart House. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, walk-in dressing area and a private deck with ocean view. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV and a patio with ocean view. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The 2nd bathroom also has a walk-in shower. There is a large screen TV in the living room along with a fireplace. There is a large patio to enjoy relaxing on while looking out at the ocean or to hopefully get a glimpse of the local elk herd. The oversized kitchen has plenty of space for making a wonderful meal to enjoy while watching the ocean. This unit has all new stainless appliances as well as new bedding/beds.
You will have access to the indoor heated pool, jacuzzi and small exercise room located in a different building.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Must be over 21 to make a reservation. At least one person needs to be over 21 staying in the condos.
- Pets allowed only in designated pet rooms, pet fee is $20 per night, per pet. A $200 penalty will be applied if pets are found in a non-pet unit.
- All units are non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in any public area, including decks and runways. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if you are caught smoking in a unit or on decks.
- Maximum occupancy limits strictly enforced.
- Events are not permitted in any of the units or on property
