Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,We reserve the right to ask for a copy of your ID and take your credit card details in case of any damages or breakages.
- For the comfort and safety of our guests and owners, we do not allow any parties or gathering in our apartments.
- Age limit is 21 years or older to stay in any apartment (unless accompanied by parent/s)
- Please remove shoes when inside the house.
- No loud noise or music from 22h00
- Quiet hours are 22h00 - 08h00
- No pets unless previously agreed
- Recycling is mandatory, please dispose of garbage correctly.
- All areas with tamper tape must remain sealed as the owners personal belongings are in there. Please ensure they stay sealed for privacy.
