Chic and stylish this apartment has everything you need for a fuss free stay. There is a sofa that can be used as a futon bed if requested. You can access the whole apartment as well as the outdoor terrace and dining area. Hampstead station is across the road along with a number of busses. The flat is on the second floor so you are required to climb stairs. If you have mobility issue, baby strollers or any problem carrying luggage up stairs we suggest you contact us for assistance or other property options . Please ask for the exact number of stairs before booking if stairs are a problem. There is a sofa that can be used as a futon bed if requested. Please note there is an extra linen fee for the sofa bed. Could be the potential for day noise as you are on the hight street. There is a security camera outside the door of the apartment. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we do not allow any parties or gathering in our apartments. Age limit is 21 years or older to stay in any apartment (unless accompanied by parent/s) Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are 20pm-8am.
