Welcome to your home away from home in Norwich. This bright and spacious four-bedroom house comfortably hosts up to 7 guests, making it perfect for families, business travellers, or those looking for a longer-term rental.
We have a Ring doorbell for added security.
The house is near the main road but set back and it’s not busy at night.
Located near Norwich Airport so you may hear planes.
Located out in the north suburb of Norwich, NR6 - best to have a vehicle so you can experience the best of what the area has to offer (park and ride opposite the house too).
We ask all guests to kindly fill in our guest form and provide ID so we can ensure the house is maintained during guest stays.
We take great care of our homes, and to keep them in top condition, we ask for a small protection amount for each stay. You can choose the option that works best for you:
- £200 Refundable Security Deposit – Fully refunded within 10 working days after check-out if no deductions apply.
- £18 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver – A simple one-time fee that covers accidental damage up to £200—no deposit hold, no refunds needed.

On the ground floor, a twin bedroom at the front of the house offers a quiet and comfortable space, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Upstairs, you’ll find a cosy single bedroom, perfect for solo travellers or younger guests. The front-facing double bedroom provides plenty of natural light, while the second double bedroom at the back overlooks the lush garden, offering a peaceful retreat. With two spacious family bathrooms, there’s no need to worry about morning queues.
Parking: There is space for two cars on the driveway directly in front of the property, and free on-street parking is available for additional vehicles.
Located in a convenient north Norwich suburb (NR6), the house is set back from the main road and remains quiet at night. Norwich Airport is nearby, so you may occasionally hear planes, but this also makes it a great location for travellers. While having a car is recommended to explore the area fully, the Park & Ride opposite the house provides easy access to the city centre.
For families travelling with little ones, a travel cot and high chair are available upon request for a small fee. We kindly ask all guests to complete a simple guest form and sign our digital terms of stay before arrival, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone.

Car: best option allowing you to easily reach various attractions, the city centre, and the beautiful Norfolk countryside.
Bus: The bus stop and park and ride are less than a 4 min walk from the front door.

Walking - some nice walks locally but really recommend own vehicle or public transportation.
