Pieces of Eight rests on stilts leaving the ground level for parking and shaded outdoor seating. The grand ceilings and striking fireplace give this home a romantic and cozy feel with bursts of nautical and tropical décor and textures. The Livingroom is comprised of two couches and rocker recliner, made for watching a movie on the TV with cable and Wi-Fi or gazing out the back windows and door at the view of the water. The family can gather around for boardgames, cards, read a book or select from a movie provided on the shelving area next to the TV. The desk with lamp and chair is beneficial for those working from home or for distance learning assignments. Make yourself at home in the kitchen preparing meals with crisp white appliances, open shelving, spacious counter tops, a regular coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Savor your freshly cooked meals at the glass dining table with seating for eight. The master bedroom (BR1) and bathroom are just off of the living area and can be closed off for a private, intimate retreat area with access to the back deck. Unwind in this suite with a King bed, nightstands, closet, luggage rack, chest for your beach attire, wall mounted TV and accent chair. The bathroom has a tile vanity, separate from the tub/shower. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly in the bathroom. The other two bedrooms are situated on the other side of the home. Rest in the guest room (BR2) consisting of a Queen bed, nightstand, accent chair, closet, chest and wall mounted TV and a glass door accessing the back deck. Kids will love sleeping in the bunk room (BR3) made up of a Twin over Full bunk bed and an additional Twin bed, nightstand, closet and wall mounted TV. The shared hall bathroom includes a double vanity and tub/shower. Take in the back deck where there is plenty outdoor furniture for everyone to enjoy the rolling dunes, the awesome ocean views, sunbathing, stargazing, sipping your morning coffee or a cold beverage. Under the house, there is parking for four vehicles, a shaded deck with a large table and bar for entertaining, escaping the heat and enjoying the cool ocean breezes. Take advantage of the outdoor shower with hot and cold water for rinsing off after your beach excursions. This home is just blocks from restaurants, shops and nightlife.
