AH-F122: Newly Remodeled Condo, Ground Floor, Close to the Pool
This newly remodeled, first-floor condo is located in the back of the complex, right across from the shared pool/hot tub. The back entrance leads to an open and inviting living and kitchen area. The living room has ample seating for gathering guests with a plush sofa that also folds into a queen bed, a loveseat that folds into a full-size bed, a chair that folds into a twin bed, a TV, cable, and WIFI. The kitchen is furnished with granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils for preparing fresh meals. Sit down to eat at the dining table with seating for four. The guest room (BR1) contains a Full bed, a chest, a closet, a nightstand, and a wall-mounted TV. The master bedroom (BR2) is comprised of a Queen bed, nightstands, dresser, chest, closet, and TV. The shared bathroom at the end of the hall is made up of double vanities separate from the tub/shower unit, so everyone has space to get ready. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a closet inside the bathroom for use during your stay. Take advantage of the charcoal grills for quick hot dogs, cooling off in the shared pool, or unwinding in the hot tub. The Marina and Ferry are within walking distance to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and nightlife are 0.5 miles away, and it is a quick 1.3 miles to the beach.
