AH-D115 Casa Tortuga, Newly Remodeled First Floor Condo, Shared Community Pool and Hot Tub
Casa Tortuga is a newly remodeled first-floor condo with an open concept adorned with beach décor throughout. Entertain or watch a movie in the open living room with a contemporary plush sofa and two accent chairs made for relaxing, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. Adjacent is the dining and kitchen area. Enjoy meals or a game of cards at the large table with seating for six. Try out your culinary skills in the galley-style kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, small Keurig, basic pots, pans, and utensils. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a Queen bed, nightstands, closet, TV and dresser. The guest bathroom is located in the hall with a tub/shower. The large master bedroom (BR2) has a King bed, TV, chest, and closet for your beach attire. The ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower which is separated from the sink and vanity area, great for privacy and/or couples getting ready. The full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located at the end of the hallway for all to use. The shared pool, hot tub, grills, and covered seating area are in the middle of this complex. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.
