This four-bedroom, four-bath home has everything you need, including a golf cart (Short term stays only) and a private pool. The fantastic first floor of the home has two bedrooms, two baths, and a laundry room. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer, a small refrigerator, a small wine fridge, a regular drip coffee maker, and a microwave. BD1) The bunk room on the left of the hall has two sets of twin bunk beds, plenty of built-in storage space, and a TV with an XBOX. BA1) The ensuite full bath has a walk-in shower, a vanity with a sink, and a door that leads to the outside. BD2) Across the large hallway is a guest room with a king bed, a closet, and a smart TV. BA2) The ensuite full bath has a tub/shower combo and a vanity with dual sinks. Step out into the alluring backyard. This is where everyone will want to gather after coming in from a day at the beach. Cool off in the private pool, cook up some dinner on the charcoal grill, and eat out under the pergola at the table that seats six. Plenty of other chairs around the pool to relax in. The appealing second level offers an exceptional open living space that has tons of natural lighting and is tastefully decorated. It has two more bedrooms, two baths, and the main living area. The dining area has an ample table with seating for eight with additional seating for five at the kitchen island. The kitchen has sleek stainless-steel appliances, a farmhouse-style sink, and both a regular drip and Keurig-style coffee maker. The living area has a smooth leather-like sofa that reclines with a love seat and a chair to match and a large flat-screen smart TV.
