This is a roomy 2-story home with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, ample parking space, and a large back deck for relaxing and enjoying the breeze. The bottom level has a living area with a couch, TV, board games, microwave, Foosball table, and day bed. The bedroom (BR1) has a Twin bed and a Twin over Queen Bunk. The upper level can be accessed by both inside and outside stairwells. There is a full kitchen for your cooking needs, a dining table with 5 chairs and a long bench, and a living area with a couch, 2 accent chairs, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi for entertaining. There is outdoor seating on the upper balcony and below ground level. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hall closet. Guest room 2 (BR2) has 2 brand-new queen-sized beds. Guest room 3 (BR3) has a Queen bed and closet for your beach attire. Both guest rooms share a hall bath with a shower/tub unit. The Master bedroom has a King bed, TV, closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower.
