The Purple House is a two-story home with a large, shaded fenced yard, with front and back decks with outdoor seating under the pergola & a charcoal grill. This house is great for a large family. Conveniently located close to all downtown activities and beach area. The bottom level entry opens to a sitting area where 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry room can be found. (BR1) is a master with a king-size bed, wall-mounted TV, chest for your beach attire, and a bench at the foot of the bed. (BR2) has 2 Twin beds and access to the back deck through a sliding glass door. The shared hallway bath consists of 2 single vanities and a separate tile stand-alone shower. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hall closet. Upstairs, this home has a large open living area with plenty of seating, wall-mounted TV, cable and Wi-Fi, a balcony to sip your morning coffee, a dining table with seating for 6, additional seating for two at the bar, and a full kitchen to meet your cooking needs with basic dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. (BR3) is a large room with 2 Queen beds and (BR4) is equipped with a Full-size bed and a Twin bed. These rooms share a hallway bath with a tub/shower combination. There is ample parking for 3-4 cars or a truck/trailer with a watercraft or golf cart.
