Tanned and TipSea, Unit A, is a newly remodeled duplex that sits in a quiet area of town that is golf cart accessible with plenty of room to enjoy your vacation with an open floor plan. It features island life décor in soothing shades of blue, green, and orange carried throughout. The full kitchen is perfect for cooking meals and is equipped with sleek countertops, white appliances, freshly painted cabinets, a drip coffee maker, dishes, basic cookware, and utensils. The modern bar-height dining table provides seating for four to dine. There is also a bench for guests to pull up for extra seating. The living room consists of a matching sleeper sofa and a love seat for guests to watch TV with cable and Wi-Fi. The guest bedroom (BR1) contains a Queen bed, a twin over twin bunk, a closet, and custom floating nightstands with personal lighting. The hall bathroom holds a shower/tub combination unit. The master bedroom (BR2) is also made up of a Queen bed, a twin over twin, a closet, and custom floating nightstands with personal lighting. The private ensuite bathroom is supplied with a shower/tub combo. The laundry room is located below the ground level, complete with a full-size washer, dryer, grill, and extra chairs for sitting outside. It has a great patio area with outdoor seating and a picnic table to enjoy time outside while you cook the day’s catch on the grill. Sip coffee from the front balcony and enjoy the bay breeze. You can catch glimpses of the ships going through the channel from the road. Plenty of parking for a boat. Across the street is the city pool (which is heated during the winter months). Down the road is the Nature Preserve. You are a minute’s drive from shops and restaurants, and about a mile to the beach. Bring your family, friends, and the boat to enjoy all of what Port A has to offer.
