The living room is composed of two couches and two matching accent armchairs with ottomans made for relaxing while watching movies on the wall mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Use your culinary skills to prepare meals in the large kitchen equipped with spacious counter tops, stainless steel appliances, pantry, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Gather everyone at the large dining table with seating for eight to savor the meals. For your convenience, there is a half bath right off of the kitchen with a full-size stackable washer/dryer tucked neatly in a closet. Step out and enjoy your coffee on the front patio while taking in the ocean breeze. Retreat to the master bedroom (BR1) when ready to unwind in the King bed accompanied by nightstands, wall mounted TV, closet and chest for your beach attire. The ensuite bathroom consists of a large vanity and tile shower. Venture up to the second floor where the other bedrooms are located. At the top of the stairs sits a bench surrounded by windows with natural lighting, perfect for reading a book. The bunk room (BR2) has ample space for kids to play games and is made up of a Twin over Full bunk bed, a King bed, nightstand, dresser, wall mounted TV and closet. The guest room (BR3) includes a Queen bed, closets and dresser. Both of these rooms share an adjoining Jack and Jill style bathroom with a vanity and tub that has private access from each room. Swim in the two shared pools which are heated during the winter months or lounge beside them to work on your golden tan. There is also a covered/shaded area with picnic tables to shield the sun.
